How does live seat selection work?
When you select a trip, Seaty displays the vehicle's exact seat map. Available seats show in light slate, held seats in yellow, and booked seats in solid dark blue. When you tap a seat, it is temporarily held for you while you complete payment, preventing any double-booking conflict.
How accurate is the live bus GPS tracking?
Once a trip commences, the vehicle conductor streams location coordinates directly over our real-time telemetry server. Location updates stream continuously, giving you pinpoint visibility of the coach's speed and position along the highway.
How do digital QR tickets work upon boarding?
After completing your seat booking, your digital ticket generates automatically under 'My Trips' in your mobile app. Simply present the QR code to the bus conductor, who scans it with the Seaty Conductor app to verify your seat and grant immediate boarding.

How can bus operators join Seaty?
Bus company owners can request operator onboarding by emailing info@hashnate.com or calling 026 223 7803. Once verified by our administration team, operators gain access to the web dashboard to register vehicles, set recurring daily schedules, and manage conductors.
